Jenny Hello everyone! It is a beautiful day today, and I am headed out with my sister to enjoy it, and maybe shop at an outdoor mall or two! Below are some of my go to outfits this summer for a cute look while running errands or out to lunch!
With the first look, I love the mix of blue and white, I always do! It is so chic, feminine, and summery and I find I gravitate towards this combination with many things! The tank top is from Altar’d State, along with white denim shorts from American Eagle and super cute beaded sandals from Karl Lagerfeld! (Sadly I got them last year at Lord and Taylor…)
In look number 2, I love this simple white tank top so much! Even though it’s basic, it’s dressed up with ruffle shoulder straps and tie in the front. I paired the top with denim shorts from Belk (I LOVE Belk! Anytime I’m in the south my family knows where I’m headed), a Spartina 449 bag, and the beaded blue sandals from Karl Lagerfeld.
The third look is a cute floral romper with green and blue details, paired with white sneakers (a summer must have!) and a denim jacket. The thing I love about rompers is that it’s so easy to style them because you just need to accessorize! Whenever I’m in a rush and don’t have time to think about an outfit, a romper solves my problem because it’s an entire outfit in one!
Lastly is a classic go to with a black body suit, denim shorts, and black Jack Rogers sandals. The key here is adding accessories around it to make it not so plain! This is where I bring in my black belt from Nordstrom Rack and this adorable cheetah print denim jacket from Altar’d State! Accessories are powerful! In future blog posts I will be talking more about the accessories I use day to day, and how to style them!
